Taiwan Bao Zhong

One of Taiwan's most delicate and fragrant Oolong teas: Bao Zhong (or Pouchong) from the historic Pinglin area of ​​Wenshan District, near Taipei.

This organic Oolong is among the least oxidized (8–15% oxidation), almost bordering on green tea, but with the aromatic complexity typical of oolongs.

In the cup, it is clear, a bright light green-yellow, luminous and inviting.
