Matcha Tsuki is an ingredient Matcha blended for cooking purposes. Rich green tea aroma and fresh green tea flavor. For those who want to give their ice creams, chocolates, lattes or smoothies a green twist. The name Tsuki means “moon”.
Place 1/2 tsp. of Matcha for Cooking into a bowl.
Add 50ml hot water (80°C).
Mix the tea with a milk frother until smooth and frothy.
Add 300ml of hot steamed milk and serve with sugar or honey.
Substitute milk with skim, soy or rice milk if preferred.
